Victoria’s Secret & Co is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support store readiness and execution. You will report to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager and lead by example in a fast-paced retail setting.

Demonstrated people leadership, coaching, and strong attention to detail are essential. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and varying shifts across a Canadian store network.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to coach in real time and lead by example.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Supervisor is a values‑based leader who supports operational execution and store readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
• Maintains back‑of‑house standards and inventory accuracy
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Identifies and escalates operational issues
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business

Store Leadership Expectations

• Leading and demonstrating company values
• Executing the role of the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling
• Coaching & development of associates and leaders
• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Collaborating with cross‑functional partners to ensure seamless execution
• Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies
• Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures
• Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Salary: $19.80

Maximum Salary: $23.75
