This is a frontline supervisor position supporting the FedEx Express (FXE) Safety Above All Culture. The role manages specific day-to-day sort operations and Cargo Handlers (CH) staff within a station. Responsibilities include leading and guiding employees in proper package handling, routing, and recovery of potential service failures within the station sort function. The Operations Supervisor oversees all CH functions, including directing work activities, mentoring, coaching, training, and ensuring compliance with FXE policies, procedures, and government regulations.
