Job Overview : Servicing our valued clients, the Operations Supervisor oversees a group of sites within a territory, manages subcontractors to ensure scope completion, provides training, liaises with store managers, resolves issues or prevents escalations, and conducts inspections to ensure quality. Acts as the first point of contact for clients regarding operations, escalations, and work orders.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Subcontractor Management
  2. Participates in hiring, training, and supervising subcontractors
  3. Ensures subcontractor compliance with security clearances, GST, licensing, WCB, insurance, etc.
  4. Ensures adherence to Alpine standards through subcontractor work
  5. Conducts regular site audits and inspections, completing reports using technology

Client Relations Management :

  1. Liaises with clients to meet performance standards and address complaints
  2. Prevents escalation of issues

Expense Management :

  1. Ensures hours and costs align with budget
  2. Coordinates equipment repairs
  3. Monitors subcontractor hours against budget

Working Conditions : The role requires flexibility in shift times, including interaction with night cleaning crews. Must be fully vaccinated, able to obtain CPIC clearance, and have a valid driver's license with a clean abstract. Frequent travel within the region is required.
