What will you do in this job?

• Maintain and contribute to a safe and healthy workplace by adhering to all safety procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance of lift equipment and other lift maintenance duties, including inspections and gondola servicing.
• Operate the gondola lift as per CSA Z98-19 code under management guidance.
• Maintain building facilities, including inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC and sanitary equipment.
• Manage work using a computerized maintenance management system.
• Ensure friendly and professional guest interactions.
• Support all areas of operations as needed to assist teammates.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting over 50 lbs, working at heights, and operating tools and mechanical equipment.

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

• Millwright journeyman status or equivalent.
• Electrical knowledge, including 24VDC, PLC, troubleshooting.
• Lift operations and maintenance experience.
• Building maintenance or construction background.
• Fall Arrest certification or ability to obtain it.
• Equipment operation skills or willingness to learn.
• Proven safe work practices.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to perform under stress professionally.
• Computer skills are an asset.
• First Aid training and driver’s license are assets.
• Consent to criminal background check as part of our honesty policy.
