Job Overview:

As the Regional Store Operations Supervisor at Heytea, you will oversee the operations of multiple stores within your designated region, working closely with partners and store teams to ensure smooth store openings and consistent operational excellence. Your key focus will be driving performance, maintaining brand standards, and fostering the growth of new and existing store managers. This role requires a strong operational leader with a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple units in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Store Opening & Expansion:

  • Understand and execute company store expansion goals, supporting partners in team building and training.
  • Participate in the preparation of new store launches, including stress tests and final inspections.
  • Oversee the operational setup for new stores, ensuring smooth openings and consistent service delivery.

Regional Standards Alignment

  • Ensure all stores in the region adhere to company standards, conducting regular assessments and adjustments to maintain brand consistency.
  • Assist stores with inventory management and ensure the effective handling of materials and equipment.
  • Guide stores in optimizing product display and service standards, conducting routine store evaluations to ensure compliance.

Store Performance & Management Improvement

  • Monitor and improve store performance, assisting stores in achieving their sales targets and operational excellence.
  • Support stores in enhancing customer service, operational efficiency, and employee professionalism, driving overall management standards.
  • Implement and track performance assessments, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

Training & Mentoring Of New Supervisors

  • Participate in the onboarding and training of new store supervisors, educating them on their roles and responsibilities.
  • Enhance the operational standardization skills of new supervisors, fostering their development and supporting the growth of their teams.

Qualifications

Industry Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or store management role, ideally within a large-scale beverage or restaurant franchise. Proven track record in managing multiple stores and ensuring operational consistency.

International Experience

  • Familiarity with overseas markets and culture, with experience in managing or working in international locations. Strong knowledge of operational management, sales strategy, and inventory control, with practical experience in these areas.

Communication & Leadership

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to perform under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, inspire teams, and maintain high morale.

Training & Coaching Ability

  • Proven experience in building teams and developing talent. Able to provide guidance and support to partners and store teams, promoting team growth and operational success.
