The Role

As the Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of products to customers within Saskatoon and the surrounding area. You will lead a team of warehouse staff and delivery drivers, fostering a safe, positive, and results-driven work environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Fleet and Equipment: Oversee the maintenance and safe operation of trucks, forklifts, and other essential equipment.
  • Warehouse and Delivery Oversight: Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and inventory management.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff and drivers while promoting a safety-first culture.
  • Vendor and Staff Liaison: Communicate effectively with vendors, employees, and customers to ensure seamless operations.
