You’ll utilise your communication and leadership skills with employees and Independent Delivery Contractors to ensure on-time deliveries and outstanding customer experience, including managing undelivered packages as well as completing daily reports.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment with lots of action where you need to adapt very quickly to the needs of the business by making quick decisions and problem-solving situations that will come up.
You’ll have the opportunity to participate in the development of procedures and working methods as well as ensuring they are followed by monitoring key performance indicators.
You are a huge fan of health and safety and will have the ability to promote and follow safe work methods and behaviours.
