  • Participate actively in strategic planning and operational initiatives—bringing forward ideas to streamline workflows, solve problems, and drive innovation.
  • Travel occasionally to U.S. terminals (approx. 17 locations) to support rollouts, audit processes, and strengthen site‑level execution. Most trips range from 1-3 days, as needed.
  • Serve as the primary on‑site operations contact and decision‑maker in the absence of the VP of Operations, with the potential to take on additional team oversight as the business grows.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with departments such as warehouse, procurement, and customer service, as well as with external carriers and partners.
  • Work a standard shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with a 1-hour break), while maintaining flexibility to adjust hours or respond outside standard times based on operational demands.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety policies, company procedures, and transportation regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
