Lessons learned are documented and shared and all reporting is completed timely and accurately.* Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of current practices.* Coordinate with leads to ensure organization of daily work for the crew.* Foster an environment of positive employee relations and employee involvement.* Perform corrective actions if needed.* Performs other related duties as assigned. **Your background and experience include:*** 3-5 years supervisory and employee relations experience, with a focus on strong leadership and relationship building skills.* A valid BC Class 5 driver’s license and the ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions.* Physically capable of performing duties that include entering and exiting railcars* Background working in a unionized environment.* SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual factory management.* Assembly line operation, with emphasis on automotive or mechanical applications.* Excellent time management skills in an ever changing and fast paced environment.
