Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking a warehouse operations leader to oversee safety, logistics, reporting, and team management at our Montérégie site. You will supervise shipping, receiving, and inventory, ensure compliance with SOPs, and coordinate driver bookings and route planning with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include training staff, auditing incidents, maintaining logs, and delivering timely performance reports to management and clients.

Formación

• Experience in warehouse operations and safety protocols.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage performance.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and order accuracy.

Your Role: At the Heart of the Chain

Core Duties :

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
• Enforce safe working methods and behaviors within the team.
• Conduct safety audits and warehouse checks.
• Supervise warehouse traffic, van audits and ensure safe vehicle movements.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Respond to emergencies as required.
• Cleaning, general housekeeping

Operations and Logistics

• Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management.
• and package dispatching process.
• Conduct quality checkups on return pickups and return to the client process.
• Create/confirm driver bookings with relevant BPs.
• Generate the next day's route plan and send optimization emails to the Optimization team.
• Conduct IDCs/Drivers check in/ out, loading
• Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Assist with sorting, scanning, and processing packages (including defective items and returns).

Reporting and Administration

• Maintain accurate delivery, incident, and inventory logs, and submit comprehensive daily reports.
• Complete daily reports and submit to the clients, Station team and Manager (AMZ Daily Case report, Shift Handover, etc.).
• Audit Proof of Delivery (POD) reports and report back on compliance to IDC liaison
• Complete daily timesheets and submit to the Station Manager.
• Perform data entry as needed.

Team leadership and Customer service

• Assign daily tasks to staff, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with SOPs
• Prepare and monitor performance reports (on-time deliveries, exceptions, etc.).
• Provide coaching, support, and training to drivers and warehouse staff, including onboarding of new hires.
• Address delivery complaints, damages, or lost packages promptly.
• Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate and assess employee performance, workplace conduct and compliance as required, including discipline where appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned
