Role Overview

We're seeking a dynamic Replenishment Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team at Mobile Klinik. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our stores are well-stocked and ready to meet customer needs. You'll use your analytical skills and attention to detail to optimize our inventory processes and support our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage inventory planning and reporting, ensuring optimal stock levels across our network
  2. Oversee central and direct-to-store replenishment processes
  3. Analyze sales performance and inventory aging to make data-driven decisions
  4. Collaborate with Category Managers on warehouse replenishment and vendor relations
  5. Support new store setups with timely transfer orders and stock allocation
  6. Generate and review key inventory reports to drive business insights
  7. Participate in quarterly inventory counts at the central warehouse
  8. Innovate and optimize warehouse transfer processes for improved efficiency

Qualifications

  1. University degree or College diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Operations Management (or equivalent experience)
  2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  5. Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  6. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary Range: $46,000-$68,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 10%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
