Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions Canada Operating Co is seeking an Operations Specialist to support end-to-end data collection and reporting for in-store executions. The role emphasizes Excel-driven data integrity and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful program execution.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in a retail or merchandising environment, with a focus on maintaining high-quality reporting for internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

  • Valid work permit for at least one year from start date (if applicable).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; must complete a live Excel skills assessment.
  • Previous experience in retail or merchandising is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage online data collection questionnaires, including scheduling for in-store representatives.
  • Oversee and implement all questionnaire updates with the Client Service Team to ensure timely deployment.
  • Perform regular quality assurance audits; identify and correct data issues to uphold accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintain and update the Excel Master Database, including store and product lists, to support reliable reporting outcomes.
  • Produce and manage weekly and monthly Excel reports for internal teams and clients.
  • Proactively identify data discrepancies, communicate findings to program leaders, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with CST and Shared Services teams to support cross-functional initiatives and ensure smooth operations.
  • Address and resolve operational issues as they arise, balancing customer satisfaction with data quality needs.
  • Develop, document, and share best practices, including templates and reporting methodologies.
  • Contribute to special projects and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

DESCRIPTION

The Operations Specialist will assist and assume accountability for the operational effectiveness of in-store executions for our clients

The role is responsible for managing end-to-end data collection activities, maintaining high-quality reporting, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution. This position requires strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel to maintain data integrity and deliver accurate insights.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Collection & Questionnaire Management
  • Set up and manage online data collection questionnaires, including scheduling for in-store representatives.
  • Oversee and implement all questionnaire updates in collaboration with the Client Service Team (CST) to ensure timely and accurate deployment.
Data Quality & Reporting
  • Conduct regular quality assurance audits; identify and correct data issues to uphold accuracy and integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS
