Parrish and Heimbecker is offering an 18-month Operations Manager Trainee program aimed at developing future leaders in grain operations. This full-time position provides hands-on training in various operational aspects, including inventory management and team leadership, at locations across Saskatchewan, Alberta, or Manitoba.

Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited (P&H) offers a hands-on development opportunity through the Operations Manager Trainee Program, designed to upskill high-potential individuals and prepare them for future leadership roles within our grain operations network.
The goal of this program is to equip individuals with the tools, experience, and confidence needed to assume increased responsibilities within our operations teams.
The P&H Grain Division is a comprehensive grain and crop input network operating across approximately 45 locations in the prairie provinces, Ontario, and Quebec. Our facilities include grain elevators, rail sidings, inland terminals, and specialized export terminals, ensuring effective matching of producer grain with the needs of both domestic and export end users.

As an Operations Manager Trainee, you will gain knowledge of the responsibilities required to succeed as an Operations Manager. The program emphasizes leadership, operational understanding, and communication skills through mentorship, on-the-job training, e-learning modules, virtual sessions, and webinars.
The training will be based at a P&H site in Alberta, Saskatchewan, or Manitoba, with some travel involved. Candidates must be willing and able to relocate if future leadership opportunities arise at other P&H locations.
