Work setting: Media organization, Media production studio, Media centre

Responsibilities

Tasks:

1. Supervise staff
2. Initiate and maintain contact with the media
3. Research and evaluate a variety of interactive media software products
4. Co-ordinate media services
5. Confer with authors, staff writers, reporters and others regarding revisions to copy
6. Develop media strategies and public relations activities

Supervision: 5-10 people

Experience and specialization:

1. Area of work experience: Media production and recording studios, Exhibit and display design experience, Computer interactive or multi media
2. Area of specialization: Interactive/new media
