You're Good At

  • Leading and motivating a team to achieve excellence within Pharmaceutical Meetings Management.
  • Managing multiple priorities including meeting planning processes for Clinical Meeting Types, team performance and client relationships, and staying calm under pressure
  • Building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Analyzing and improving operational processes
  • Utilizing tools like Cvent and Microsoft Office Suite effectively

You Might Also Have

  • Prior managerial experience overseeing a team of pharmaceutical meeting planners in an agency environment
  • Proficiency in both French and English, both written and spoken. This is a requirement for this position.
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle various resources
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A knack for problem-solving and adapting to changes quickly

You Should Know

  • This is an office based role. The expectations for this position are to report in to our clients office in Montreal at least 2 days per week.
  • This role will travel about 10% of the time.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in Canada for the position of Operations Manager- Pharmaceutical Meetings Management is between $90,000 - $90,000 CAD. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
