The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager of Pediatric Critical Care and the Director of Children’s Medical, Critical Care & Rehabilitation Services, the Operations Manager will provide leadership in managing resources to ensure high-quality, accessible patient care services. Responsibilities include monitoring patient care standards, developing staffing processes, managing day-to-day operations, supporting quality improvement, mentoring staff, providing clinical leadership, and overseeing operational expenditures and procurement.
Hours of Work
75 hours bi-weekly, Monday – Friday 0900 – 1700h (flexible)
