The Role: Operations Manager

We’re hiring a detail-driven, people-focused Operations Manager to help run day-to-day store functions. In this key leadership role, you’ll partner with the General Manager and department leads to ensure smooth store operations—from staffing and inventory to compliance and customer service.

This is the perfect fit for someone with a sharp operational mind who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is ready to help build a new store from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, merchandising, and receiving
  • Support recruitment, training, and team development
  • Manage inventory, ordering, pricing, and store audits
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and labor budget compliance
  • Monitor store appearance, cleanliness, and equipment functionality
  • Help resolve escalated customer concerns professionally
  • Track and act on KPIs, loss prevention, and store performance metrics
  • Ensure liquor and safety compliance

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in operations or retail management
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with inventory and POS system knowledge
  • Serve It Right or TAP certification (or willing to obtain)
  • Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on your feet
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation
