We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager- Freight Forwarding and Logistics to oversee day-to-day freight forwarding and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international and domestic logistics, leadership experience, and a proven ability to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily freight forwarding operations (air, sea, land)
• Lead and develop the operations team, ensuring adherence to KPIs and service standards
• Coordinate with carriers, agents, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth cargo flow
• Manage and optimize logistics processes, reducing costs and improving timelines
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs documentation, and company policies
• Analyze performance data and generate reports to guide strategic decisions
• Resolve escalated operational issues and proactively identify areas for improvement
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure high service levels

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in freight forwarding and logistics operations
• Strong background in freight negotiations and rate benchmarking
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
