Citadel Fence is seeking an individual with five to seven years of operations management experience in construction or trades-related work.

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of business operations in Halifax and Moncton. Your responsibilities include inventory management, employee relations, managing job sites, scheduling, fostering supplier relationships, and handling end-of-job responsibilities. You will report directly to the General Manager and will have opportunities to improve processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
