About the role :

We’re seeking a full-time, permanent Operations Manager to join our HearCANADA Retail Central Ontario team! This is a hybrid position based in the Greater Toronto Area (or within commuting distance). Frequent travel (~60%) throughout the territory is required. Access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license are necessary.

What you will do :
  1. Oversee operational aspects within assigned clinics, including staff training, coaching, development, performance discussions, and hiring support alongside the Divisional Sales Director.
  2. Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for your clinics, covering schedule management, patient recall, database management, etc.
  3. Support clinical and company initiatives such as product launches, pricing updates, and customer events.
  4. Stay informed about industry trends and their impact on clinic operations.
  5. Provide regular updates on KPIs and project results.
  6. Document clinic needs and risks for projects like relocations, buildouts, and closures.
  7. Support integration efforts for acquisitions.
  8. Assist clinical teams with projects to boost brand awareness and revenue, including marketing initiatives.
  9. Maintain open communication with staff and managers to understand clinic challenges and successes.
What we are looking for :
  • 3+ years of success in retail or clinic operations.
  • 2+ years in operational leadership, training, and coaching, preferably across multiple sites.
  • Experience with data-driven environments and KPI monitoring.
  • Technical skills and comfort with tools and software, including MS Office, CRM, POS, and EMR systems.
  • Experience with new location operations is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders and change management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 60% across Canada.
What’s in it for you?
  • Competitive salary plus bonus.
  • Vehicle allowance and company card for work expenses.
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits from day one.
  • RRSP with employer matching.
  • Educational assistance and professional development opportunities.
