  • Create, establish, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for your clinics, including schedule management, patient recall processes, and patient database management.
  • Support clinical and company-wide initiatives such as new product launches, toolkit updates, pricing changes, and customer events.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and their implications on operations.
  • Provide regular updates on KPI trends and project outcomes.
  • Document clinic needs and conduct risk analysis to support relocations, buildouts, and closures.
  • Assist with successful integrations during acquisitions.
  • Support projects to enhance brand awareness and revenue, including market research and community marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with staff and managers to understand clinic challenges and successes.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 3 years of successful experience in retail and/or clinical operations.
  • Minimum of 2 years in operational leadership, training, coaching, and team development, preferably across multiple sites.
  • Experience working with KPIs and data analysis.
  • Technical proficiency with tools and software, including MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint), CRM, POS, and EMR systems.
  • Experience with operations for new locations is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders, including change management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 60% within Canada.

What’s in it for you?

  • Competitive salary plus bonus
  • Vehicle allowance and company card for work expenses
