We are looking for an energetic team member to provide leadership for our moving crews and manage the daily operational aspects of the business. In this role, you will work with customers, vendors, and staff to meet established operating goals and standards. Join our growing team today!

What You’ll Do
  1. Promote and protect the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK brand.
  2. Review financial statements, sales, activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity, goal achievement, and identify areas for cost reduction and improvement.
  3. Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire, and train new employees or oversee these processes.
  4. Ensure employee accountability and adherence to franchise and system standards and policies.
  5. Manage employee scheduling and dispatch of movers and drivers.
  6. Oversee employee development and corrective action programs.
  7. Handle workers' compensation and unemployment claims.
  8. Coordinate fleet maintenance and equipment inventory programs.
  9. Ensure compliance with all MTO regulations.
  10. Handle customer concerns and oversee damage resolution processes.
  11. Serve as the “on-call” emergency contact outside of normal business hours.
  12. Participate in training and development programs offered through Stick Men University to enhance system knowledge.
  13. Engage in community, industry, or other relevant associations.
Who We’re Looking For
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in business, management, or related field preferred.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant business or management experience required; industry experience is a plus.
  3. Extensive knowledge of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  6. Proven ability to lead, motivate, develop, and direct team members.
  7. Ability to assess performance and implement improvements or corrective actions.
  8. Strong decision-making skills.
  9. Commitment to customer service and core values of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK.
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
