Workplace: On site

Salary: $46.00 to $47.00 per hour (to be negotiated), 30 to 35 hours per week

Terms of employment: Full-time, term or contract

Start date: As soon as possible

Experience required: 2 to less than 3 years

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative services
  • Evaluate departmental operations providing administrative services
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
  • Advise staff engaged in records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services
  • Hire and train staff or arrange for training
  • Manage budgets for projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 2-3 years
  • Languages: English
