PLEASE NOTE : This is an in-office position, Monday-Friday, 5 days a week, 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm.

As The Operations Manager, You Will Oversee The Day-to-day Activities Of a Team Of Logistics Coordinators. Reporting Directly To The Director Of Sales, You Will

• Manage and support the daily operations of the logistics team
• Act as the first point of contact for operational escalations and resolve issues promptly
• Act as a subject matter expert with more complex operational and customer service-related issues
• Serve as a communication bridge between the team and the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal disruptions
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance as needed
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
• Support onboarding and training of new team members
