Job summary

United Rentals is looking for an Operations Manager in Canada, Ontario. You will lead delivery of quality service, coordinate with the Branch Manager, and ensure safety, world-class customer service, and policy compliance to drive branch productivity.

Key duties include supporting financial objectives, overseeing sales initiatives, and managing performance of Inside Sales Reps and drivers. A high school diploma is required with a bachelor's preferred; 3+ years' sales/ops experience and Excel

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in sales and operations.
• Basic knowledge of construction rental equipment industry.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable record

Compensation Range:

$73,975.00 - $106,525.00
