We’re seeking a skilled Operations Manager with strong operations and communications experience to join the Partner Ecosystem Solution Development team on a 6-month contract. This role will focus on managing the day-to-day operations of the Solution Incubation Practice, enabling the joint development of partner-led solutions. You’ll oversee workflows, dashboards, and communications that ensure solutions are tracked, reported, and delivered with excellence.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations, program coordination, or communications in a tech/product/partner ecosystem environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level reporting
• Experience with operational tools such as Smartsheet, Confluence, Tableau
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment
