Dexypaws is a fast-growing, female-founded pet brand that designs and distributes elevated, high-quality products for pets and the people who love them.

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized Operations Manager to serve as the founder’s right hand and help lead the next phase of growth.

This role is central to the business and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. You'll work directly alongside the founder and oversee day-to-day operations across departments.

Responsibilities

· Act as a strategic partner and right hand to the founder, supporting both big-picture execution and daily priorities

· Oversee and improve operational processes across supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, and internal systems

· Manage communication with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure smooth execution

· Support and help manage internal and external team members, including freelance and contract staff

· Review and approve product costing and vendor quotes with a strong attention to margin and quality

· Attend industry trade shows and key meetings with the founder to support execution and growth

· Help create and implement systems that allow the business to scale efficiently

· Ensure all departments and moving pieces are aligned, on time, and within budget

Qualifications

· 3–5+ years of operations or project management experience, preferably in consumer goods, e-commerce, or retail

· Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with competing priorities

· Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

· Proficient with Shopify, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Slack, Airtable)

· Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through

· Comfortable working directly with a founder and leadership team

· Ability to travel for trade shows and business meetings as needed

Type: Full-time

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Hybrid / Remote with flexibility, ideally based in Canada or the U.S.

Compensation: Based on experience, with opportunity for growth
