Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management and Organization
    • Project Management: Monitor the customer life cycle from deal closure, all the way through to execution and post-sales support
    • Team Coordination and Leadership: Coordinate and lead interdepartmental team meetings to ensure there is a clear understanding of business objectives, project status, and resource allocation. Facilitate dialogue to address any roadblocks in processes and encourage solution-oriented discussions.
    • Documentation: Ensure processes are documented and communicated clearly amongst the team using tools like Google Docs or Notion.
    • Optimize Processes: Triage and mitigate daily operational challenges by enhancing processes across the board. Work closely with the implementation and customer support teams to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
    • Oversee Onboarding: Ensure new employees are integrated effectively into the company through a structured onboarding program that aligns with Edgecom Energy's culture and operational goals.
  • Internal Processes
    • Strategic Operational Improvement: Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency, focusing on key areas such as Demand Response, DataTrack, and HR issues. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
    • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators across various departments to assess operational efficiency and help guide strategic decisions.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in operational strategies and processes. Develop mitigation strategies to minimize risk impact on business operations.
  • People Operations
    • Enhance Interdepartmental Communication and Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment where information flows freely between departments. Facilitate regular interdepartmental meetings to ensure teams are aligned with the company's goals and projects.
    • Project Management: Implement and oversee project management frameworks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Use industry best practices to manage project scope, resources, and risk.
    • Cultivate a Productive Work Environment: Develop and maintain high team morale and performance. Implement initiatives that promote an engaging and inclusive workplace.
    • Technology Integration: Drive the adoption and proficient use of essential software tools, such as HubSpot and ClickUp, to optimize workflows and increase efficiency.
