A dynamic creative agency in Toronto is seeking an Operations Manager to oversea office operations and support the leadership team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, providing administrative support, and fostering team culture through engaging events. The role requires on-site presence at least 3 days a week and offers flexible hybrid work arrangements.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Operations Manager will oversee and support all operational, administrative, and resourcing functions vital to the smooth, efficient running of the agency. Working closely with leadership and department heads, this role ensures teams are well‑supported, resources are allocated effectively, and day‑to‑day operations run seamlessly. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, collaborative, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a solutions‑focused environment.

Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of our downtown Toronto office:
Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and leadership team:
Support agency culture and team engagement:
Support business operations and marketing:
Resource management (as primary backup to the Resource Manager):
Provide other administrative support as needed to ensure the smooth functioning of the agency.
