Job description

We're Hiring: Operations Supervisor

Dublin, Ireland

Circa €40,000 + 10% Bonus + Benefits package

Are you a hands on, people first leader with a passion for operational excellence? We're looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead the daily activities of a busy warehouse environment, ensuring exceptional service delivery, efficient resource coordination, and compliance across health & safety, fleet, and quality standards.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and coordinate a dedicated operational team, ensuring productivity and morale are high.
  • Manage day-to-day service delivery in line with ISO 9001 standards and company policies.
  • Oversee local fleet, facilities, safety checks, and ensure all documentation is current and compliant.
  • Be the key liaison for customer queries, property issues, and supplier coordination.
  • Monitor P&L metrics with the Operations Manager to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Ensure risk assessments, fire drills, and site safety audits are carried out on schedule.
  • Support resource planning, training needs, and performance management.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years in a supervisory role within a warehouse, logistics, or operational environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-oriented approach.
  • Confidence in planning, scheduling, and managing competing priorities.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of O’Neils, RSSQL, and RSWeb is a plus but not a necessity.
  • Full, clean driving license required.
  • Awareness of ISO standards, audit procedures, and health & safety best practices.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in handling customer service issues at a high standard.
  • Familiarity with Health Care Information Management policies.
  • Understanding of stock control and fleet maintenance processes.
