  • Systematize & Scale: Create and refine processes, systems, and playbooks to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and scale sustainably.
  • Leadership Oversight: Directly oversee property management, marketing, and accounting (for all non-treasury responsibilities), ensuring high performance, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Business Planning & KPIs: operationalize and execute the annual business plan; establish and track key metrics and KPIs to measure success and guide decision-making.
  • Talent & HR: Oversee HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation, and performance management to build and retain a high-performing team
  • Operational Excellence: Manage property operations, sustainability initiatives, tenant satisfaction, vendor relationships, and the integration of new projects or properties.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation in building operations, sustainability practices, and service delivery to keep Cora at the forefront of the industry.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 5-7+ years of progressive leadership in operations, property/facility management, real estate development, or a related field. Experience overseeing multiple properties or large-scale operations is a strong plus.
  • Skills: Strong strategic execution, process improvement, and systems thinking. Financial acumen (budgets, KPIs, non-treasury finance), project management, and excellent communication.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage and develop teams, set clear expectations, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Attributes: Practical and hands-on; adaptable; high integrity; customer-centric; passionate about sustainability and innovation.
What’s In It For You
  • Career Path to COO: Work directly with the CEO and current leadership with an opportunity to move into the top operational seat within 4-5 years.
  • Impact & Autonomy: Play a key role in executing the company’s vision, shaping systems, people, and processes.
  • Sustainability & Innovation: Lead operations in Canada’s first zero-carbon design certified building and other cutting-edge projects.
  • Competitive Package: Attractive compensation, bonus potential, and benefits aligned with senior leadership roles.
