About the Role

As Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal leadership role—ensuring programs and services are delivered efficiently, our team is supported and aligned, and our systems evolve with care and purpose. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you'll bring strategic insight, emotional intelligence, and a solutions-focused mindset to everything you do.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize day-to-day operations across all service areas
• Champion a culture of care, trust, and accountability within the team
• Monitor role clarity and performance using the RASCI model
• Use data and metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Foster alignment between programs, people, and purpose
• Support accreditation, strategic planning, and stakeholder relationships

You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of management experience, ideally in mental health, recovery, or not-for-profit settings
• Strong people leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A proactive, steady, and collaborative approach to leading through change
• Comfort with data-informed decision-making and outcome-focused practice

Bonus if you:

• Have experience managing interdisciplinary teams
• Are familiar with trauma-informed or person-centered approaches
• Thrive in environments where mission and metrics meet
