This role involves supervising staff, analyzing performance data, and implementing operational strategies to improve productivity and profitability. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in management and strong analytical skills, contributing to a team-oriented environment focused on customer satisfaction.
As an Operations Manager, you will ensure all business processes are conducted in the most efficient, effective, safe, and profitable manner. You will analyze and manage processes at the Profit Centre, solve problems, and continually strive to find the most effective methods for productivity improvements. You will be accountable for implementing change and training the teammates involved.
