We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and growth-minded Operations Manager to help us organize, scale, and streamline our fast-growing ecosystem. You’ll work closely with the founder to build processes, manage team flow, and drive efficiency across multiple ventures.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate day-to-day operations across various departments and brands
• Build and improve internal systems for task management, communication, and project execution
• Track deliverables, timelines, and team responsibilities to keep us on pace
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and team accountability workflows
• Handle logistics, reporting, scheduling, and vendor communication
• Collaborate with the founder, CFO, and creative leads to ensure smooth launches and operations

Qualifications

• Experience working in startups or multi-brand environments is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Bonus if you’ve worked in e-commerce, digital marketing, or finance-related industries
