Job summary

JYSK Canada is seeking an Operations Manager to protect assets and reduce shrink through loss‑prevention policies, while helping the store management team uphold our values and customer promises.

You will conduct weekly inventory cycle counts, periodic full-store inventories, and weekly stock orders; supervise opening/closing procedures, alarms and security checks; and lead a dynamic team. JYSK offers a strong benefits package for full‑time colleagues and opportunities across functions.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in retail management and customer service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The Role:

Physical demands that are required include mobility (walking, standing, climbing, bending, etc.) and manual material handling (lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, etc.). Movement of product by use of ladders and stock pickers is required.
