Job summary

TRYGG Collective in Mission, BC, is scaling its cannabis production with an Operations Manager who will own daily production, packaging, and inventory control across all lines.

You will lead from the floor, drive KPIs, ensure Health Canada compliance, and partner with QA to close gaps. The role emphasizes lean practices, GMP awareness, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience running production or manufacturing operations in cannabis or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and what real compliance looks like.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or GMP training a plus, but proven floor track record matters.

Responsibilities

• Own daily production and packaging across every room and line.
• Track KPIs and run the numbers that keep the operation on target.
• Manage inventory control from input to finished goods, tight and accurate.
• Own the facility, keep it clean, compliant, and running.
• Hit output targets, drive yield up, and keep waste down.
• Protect batch record integrity and full compliance with Health Canada standards.
• Lead, motivate, and hold the standard every shift.
• Work shoulder to shoulder with QA on gap reports and corrective actions.
• Manage flow from input to final output, no bottlenecks, no surprises.
