Job summary

TRYGG Collective is hiring an Operations Manager to run the floor and take our production to the next level. This role owns daily production and packaging across every room and line, drives KPI tracking, and ensures on-time delivery.

You will manage inventory from input to finished goods, keep the facility compliant with Health Canada standards, and lead from the floor with QA on gap reports and corrective actions. The position is on-site in Mission, BC.

Qualifications

• Experience running production or manufacturing operations, cannabis or regulated industry a strong plus.
• Knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and what real compliance looks like.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or GMP training a plus, but floor experience matters most.
• Leadership from the floor, not the office.

• Manage flow from input to final output, no bottlenecks, no surprises.
