About the Role:
As an Operations Manager at our Markham fulfillment center , you will lead one or more critical warehouse functions—whether Inbound (Receive, Stow, Replenishment, Quality) or Fulfillment (Pick, Pack, Ship)—and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations. You’ll be accountable for safety, performance, process compliance, and associate engagement across your area.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for those with a strong foundation in warehouse operations and a passion for leading high-performing teams.
