  • Oversee day-to-day operations in the branch, leading Logistics Coordinators and administrative staff.
  • Delegate tasks and step in as needed with carrier and customer escalations.
  • Establish and implement SOPs to streamline logistics workflows.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize pricing strategies for new and existing clients.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and operations departments.
  • Train and develop operational staff continuously.
  • Perform other duties as required.
