Qualifications

• Hold a First Class Power Engineer Certificate of Competency.
• Bring 10+ years of experience in power generation, cogeneration, or large industrial operations.
• Demonstrate progressive leadership experience managing operations teams.
• Possess strong knowledge of power plant operations, equipment, and regulatory requirements.
• Have experience leading plant outages, reliability initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Demonstrate strong safety leadership and risk management capabilities.
• Apply sound financial acumen in budgeting and business planning.
• Communicate effectively with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe and compliant operation of a large-scale thermal power facility.
• Serve as Chief Power Engineer and provide operational oversight for plant performance.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to maximize reliability and availability.
• Develop and implement operational procedures, standards, and best practices.
• Lead safety initiatives, incident investigations, and risk mitigation activities.
• Manage operator training and regulatory compliance programs.
