Responsibilities
  1. Oversee daily operational activities and monitor key resource levels.
  2. Evaluate and plan for fluctuating operational demands.
  3. Communicate effectively with leadership on operational status and priorities.
  4. Lead a team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  5. Foster a safe and compliant work environment.
  6. Drive performance against operational targets and metrics.
  7. Participate in talent acquisition and team development.
  8. Support team leaders to achieve operational excellence.
  9. Report on KPIs and manage operational budgets.
  10. Identify and implement operational improvements.
  11. Ensure efficient flow of goods and other tasks.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years management experience in a large-volume distribution center
  • Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or Administration Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience leading a busy team with direct and indirect reports
  • Skills in coaching, development, discipline, cross-training, and team rapport
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organization, decision-making, delegation, and project management skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and WMS software
  • Experience with voice pick technology is a plus
