Job description

Staffinity is looking for an Operations Manager for our client in Sudbury. This is a permanent position with salary and benefits. The salary 75-85k plus benefits.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and manage our teams' daily activities and operations.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure that service levels remain high.
  • Manage supervisory personnel and ensure quality assurance programs are correctly maintained
  • Ensure that audits and inspections are carried out, as well as that all action items are fulfilled in accordance with the requirements.
  • As directed by management, prepare all needed operational, financial, and safety reporting.
  • Ensure that all team members are properly taught and follow corporate rules, standard operating procedures, and industry requirements.
  • Communicate and resolve any concerns that are brought to your attention.
  • Respond to all emergency circumstances or properly dispatch employees.
  • If there are any complaints, deal with them promptly and professionally. Keep track of everything.
  • Weekly safety talks must be signed and documented for all employees who report to the shop
  • Ensure that personnel have the essential tools and that any / all necessary equipment is ordered and maintained in good working order.
  • Review job reservations to make sure you have all the necessary information and that there are no conflicts. Plan for labor and double-check that all ITPs are correct with the administrative staff.
  • Training of new members; continuing Training and Updates for existing personnel
  • Ensure all aspects of the company are presentable

Qualifications :

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team toward exemplary service
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, especially the ability to balance priorities and work under pressure
  • Valid G driver's license
  • Bondable
  • Computer and technical expertise
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities
  • Strong people management skills of a mid sized team (20+)
