The ideal leader brings 10+ years in power generation or large industrial ops and a proven track record in outage management and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Hold a First Class Power Engineer Certificate of Competency.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in power generation or large industrial operations.
• Experience managing operations teams in a complex environment.
• Strong knowledge of thermal power generation, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with outage management, reliability improvement, and risk mitigation.
• Experience working in a unionized environment.
• Strong budgeting and business planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders across operations, maintenance and engineering.
