We’re Hiring : Operations Manager – Construction & Property Divisions

Location : Edmonton, AB

Are you a hands-on leader with deep leasing experience and a track record in construction or residential property operations? We’re a fast-scaling development firm with 200+ units under management and 60 more under construction — and we’re looking for a high-impact Operations Manager to help build and lead both sides of the business.

This is not an entry-level role. Prior leasing experience is REQUIRED to be considered.

What You’ll Own :

Construction Oversight – Manage permits, trades, timelines, inspections, EPCOR / ATCO coordination, and quality across new builds.

Leasing & Property Ops – Lead leasing strategy, vendor management, unit turnovers, and day-to-day property management.

Team & Budget Leadership – Direct a team, set KPIs, build processes, and run ops like a business unit.
