Job summary

Qualifications

You will keep client work flowing cleanly across the whole team. You will own the handoffs between sales, customer success, production, and the specialists, keep work tracked and current, and protect quality and turnaround across active accounts. You will run the daily rhythm that keeps everyone aligned, manage capacity and resourcing, unblock people quickly, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You will spot process friction before it becomes a client problem and improve how we work without adding bureaucracy. This is a hands‑on coordination role at the center of how we deliver.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience coordinating delivery across a team or agency, in project or operations management
• Fluency with project tracking tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday, or ClickUp, and the discipline to keep them current
• Familiarity with Agile or Kanban ways of working; PMP, CAPM, or Scrum (CSM or PSM) certification a plus
• Calm, organized judgment under competing deadlines and shifting priorities
• A bias for clean handoffs, fast unblocking, and clear written communication
• An eye for process friction and the instinct to improve it lightly, without adding ceremony for its own sake
• Comfort owning a daily rhythm and keeping work visible across the team
• Bonus: experience in a marketing, agency, or professional services environment
