Alpha & Omega Painting (https://alphaomegapainting.ca/) is looking for an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day business operations. You’ll work side-by-side with our owner, office team, and field staff to keep everything running smoothly. From scheduling and client coordination to system improvement and team accountability, you’ll be the person who ensures things don’t fall through the cracks. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the trades, understands how to keep projects on track, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling & Client Coordination

  • Own daily crew scheduling using the Sling app — get the right people on the right jobs
  • Act as a central point of communication between field staff, office staff, and clients
  • Coordinate directly with clients for scheduling, walkthroughs, and payments
  • Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and generate new opportunities

Operations & Team Leadership

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across the office, warehouse, and job sites — keeping everyone aligned, accountable, and projects moving forward
  • Help with hiring, onboarding, and performance support
  • Conduct quarterly reviews focused on spending, overhead, sales performance, and operational improvements
  • Push AR collections and stay on top of cash flow

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Improve and maintain systems for job costing, budgeting, quoting, AR, and ordering materials
  • Collaborate with admin staff to improve current systems and processes
  • Oversee paint and material ordering to keep projects running on schedule

Office, Warehouse & Fleet Oversight

  • Maintain a clean, organized office and warehouse environment
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance scheduling and follow-ups
