A leading company is seeking a Manager responsible for onboarding, coaching, and performance management of frontline employees. The role involves ensuring smooth operations through effective training and support, combined with responsibilities for evaluating performance and safety in the field. Ideal candidates will have relevant management experience and demonstrated skills in operations management.
This role is responsible for Onboarding Developing Coaching Mentoring and Performance Management of all drivers and helpers. Establish and maintain positive relationships with all front-line employees. Spends the majority of the day in the field with frontline employees.
Location : 4668 25th SE Calgary AB T2B 3M2
Schedule / Shift : Monday to Friday with rotating start times every two weeks (3 : 30 AM 5 : 45 AM or 7 : 00 AM); 3 : 30 AM shift includes one Saturday on-call per month.
