We are working with a leading real estate company with over $2.5B assets under management, focused on a superior level of service and excellent returns. The job will be to maintain and operate the Property in a first class manner within the guidelines while providing an excellent working environment for the tenants, customers, and team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage direct reports to ensure the timely achievement of department goals, within prescribed policies, procedures and standard business practices.
  • Manage relations with contractors, vendors, consultants, and facilities maintenance.
  • Prepare and implement operating expense and capital budgets.
  • Ensure all building systems including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, fire/life systems, plumbing, and all building related systems are running seamlessly.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of direct work experience in a managerial position within retail or commercial space.
  • Knowledge of building mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Knowledge of building systems, HVAC preventative maintenance, and ability to understand building construction drawings.
  • Computer proficiency with all Microsoft Office Programs.
