Job summary

United Rentals seeks a results-driven leader to support branch management and drive sales and operational excellence in a fast-paced rental environment.

In this role, you will oversee staff performance, promote safety, and implement strategies to meet financial objectives. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and operational experience.
• High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Basic knowledge of the construction rental equipment industry or related.
• Strong motivational and leadership skills.
• Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable record.

Compensation Range: $89,325.00 - $128,630.00
