A local construction services company in Bedford, Nova Scotia, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee business activities, ensure project quality, and manage inventory and logistics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leadership within the construction sector and excellent communication skills. Reporting to the President, the Operations Manager will oversee and manage all business activities to ensure that projects of the utmost quality are being delivered to clients, on time, and on budget. This includes day-to-day management of inventory, equipment, forecasting, budgeting, manpower, safety, and logistics for an industry-leading organization. Prioritizing client satisfaction at all times, in this role you will rely on your sound problem-solving skills to resolve any technical issues that arise throughout a project. Most importantly, you are the type of manager who leads by example, and your people management and team-building skills will allow you to identify staff with high potential and develop them to be the next leaders of the organization. This position will be based out of our office in Bedford.
